Growth:
More than 100 Christian organizations,
representing 15,000 missionaries, are located within an hour’s drive of
Shelter
Pines. We have good relationships with many of these, and the demand
for our
services is growing. In the past seven years, we have hosted more than
150
missionary families and couples. During the busy summer months we have
had to turn away
families
for lack of space. We need another cabin to better
serve multiple and larger families.

to Help: A
big part of missionary stress is lack of finances. Because of this, we
depend
on the support of others in the Body of Christ to keep the cost to
missionaries
extremely low. Contributions to Shelter Ministries can be designated
toward our ongoing operating expenses or toward additional facilities.
All gifts made out to Shelter
Ministries, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, are tax-deductible.
